The Iroquois Owners Association exists to promote an exchange of ideas and information about the boats built by Sailcraft Ltd. Although called the Iroquois Owners Association, we cater for all boats built by Sailcraft, including Iroquois, Comanche, Cherokee, Apache, Chieftain and Aztec. The IOA publishes newsletters twice a year containing letters and articles written by the members. The IOA has been in existence since 1967, and there are over 50 newsletters in the archives. These include descriptions of projects carried out, advice on suppliers of equipment, descriptions of cruises undertaken and, in the earlier days, advice from Sailcraft. This website has been created to make all this information available to all owners. It is still under construction, and is slowly being extended. For further information about the Iroquois Owner's Association, or about any of the boats built by Sailcraft, please contact either: Chairman: Position vacant Editor: Dave Lewis at There is also an interesting and informative website for Iroquois owners that has been created by Jeff Dickson. This contains a number of useful articles, and has an active message board. If you want any advice on sailing or maintaining an Iroquois, or any of the other boats built by Sailcraft, post a message here and it will soon be answered: www.sover.net/~jdickson/ioa.html The Iroquois Owner's Association is affiliated to MOCRA, the Multihull Offshore Cruising and Racing Association. This site is now becoming rather large, and it may take quite a time to find the information you are looking for in one of the many newsletters that are now available. In order to help locate information, please make use of the following site search facility. This will find all the pages on which the search string is found, and bring up a results page with links to the relevant pages. When you go to the page you have selected, use the Edit | Find command on your Browser toolbar to find the string on that page. This facility seems to be working correctly, but if you experience any problems please contact the Editor above.
